Follow-up sessions

  • 45 – 50 minutes
    $610 ($550 in mornings)
This is the standard appointment for psychotherapy +/- medication. This is also the standard appointment for children and teens treated by medications only, until we have discussed that the young person is doing well enough to warrant a simple and routine med check.
  • 20 – 25 minutes
    $340
This appointment is reserved for simple and routine med checks for people doing well. Many adults not engaging in psychotherapy will be best suited for this time-frame.
80 and 110 minute appointments are also available, offered in unique situations.

Rate increases and payment

Rates adjust each new year (January 1st) by 0–5% due to cost-of-living factors. The rates above reflect this present calendar year without future adjustments. This also means that I will not markedly raise rates at any time during our treatment.

Payments are made through a third party payment processing service (Stripe), linked through the online booking portal. If you are uncomfortable with this, we can discuss alternative solutions.

Evening hours

  • Monday or Tuesday after 6 pm
    Usual rate x ~1.3

These are offered as convenience options for established patients wishing to meet after regular business hours, or for new evaluations needing after school times or for new evaluations that need to be expedited.

These are not routinely offered to new evaluations, but feel free to ask about them if interested.

Educational lectures, school counseling support, community outreach

No charge if for a nonprofit group

Rate savings

There are three ways to save money on these visits:
  • HSA/FSA accounts
  • I provide Medical Services Receipts after each appointment, sometimes called a “superbill.” If you have out-of-network eligibility with your insurance plan, you are likely to receive some amount of reimbursement for services
  • Morning hours for therapy are offered at a reduced rate of approximately 10% savings
